Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

Additional non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items:

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@smaromatherapy.com. Please include your order number, photograph and description of the defect/damage. Once approved, we will replace the item and email you with the details.

In some cases, we may request that you return the item. We will provide a shipping label for you to return your item. Once we have received the defective product, we will ship your replacement.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
